Frequently Asked Questions

How much power does SolarBank actually hold?

SolarBank comes with a powerful 10,000mAh battery — enough to charge most smartphones 2–3 times. That means you can stay connected longer, whether you're off-grid, traveling, or dealing with a power outage.

Will this work with my phone or tablet?

Absolutely. SolarBank works with all USB-powered devices — iPhones, Androids, tablets, Bluetooth speakers, and more.

Is it waterproof or weatherproof?

It’s weather-resistant, meaning it can handle splashes, dust, and outdoor use — but we don’t recommend full submersion in water.

Can I charge my devices while SolarBank is charging via solar?

Yes, SolarBank supports pass-through charging, allowing you to charge your devices while it’s recharging in the sun.

How do I know when SolarBank is fully charged?

The LED indicators on the device will show the charging status. When all indicators are lit, it signifies a full charge.

Can I use SolarBank to charge devices other than phones?

Absolutely! SolarBank can charge any USB-compatible device, including tablets, cameras, and Bluetooth speakers.

Is SolarBank durable enough for outdoor and daily use?

Yes! SolarBank is built tough. It’s designed to handle everyday drops, bumps, and outdoor conditions like dust, rain, and rough handling. Whether you’re hiking, camping, commuting, or tossing it in your bag every day — it’s made to keep up. It’s not just a charger; it’s a reliable tool for real-life use.

How long does SolarBank hold its charge when not in use?

On average, SolarBank can hold its charge for several months when unused. The exact duration depends on factors like how full the battery was, what you charge with it, and storage conditions. For best performance, we recommend topping it up every few months if it’s sitting unused — especially if you're keeping it in an emergency kit.

Will SolarBank still charge on cloudy days?

Yes, SolarBank can still generate power on cloudy days, but at a slower rate. It uses advanced solar tech to capture diffused sunlight, so you’re never fully without charging power. For the fastest charging, we recommend placing it in direct sunlight whenever possible.

This product is very good - this was the third unit I have bought. The first two are working hard and operation well, however this one was faulty as the operation did not match the other two units. In the end I couldn't turn off the lamps and they ran all night (8 hours!!!! full brightness and still working in morning). I have returned back to amazon with no issues. I will be definitely buying another unit soon.

Easy to use quick charge only issue torch doesn't work

It works really well! When I’m out for a whole day, I bring it with me, and it charges my iPhone fast. And then I share it out, and my friends and family can charge their iPhones too. Can charge 4 phones in a day, if I’m out for the whole day (if they are at 50% battery level each). I bought it to take camping. I have not been yet, but I can see it charging my iPhone, for 4 days. I am so happy I got this size power bank, 38,800 mAh. It also comes with a very powerful double light, which is very bright. Just like a torch. The power bank feels solid to hold and robust, but not excessively heavy for what you get. Great value, for the price. I highly recommend it.

Compass does not orient itself consistently. Light works fine and solar panels seem to charge it albeit slowly. As a charger it has decent capacity and should last the day.
